I am regular user of BPL purchased in some "utsav mela" For no fault of ours, caller tune was activated and amount of 15 to 20 Rs is being deducted monthly plus deductiion 30-40 ps everyday. BPL showroom staff in sector 17 Vashi are the most uncooperative bunch of people.
When met they just say to contact the customer care which is a nightmare. Every SMS (Rs 3) to mobile assistance is met with a response "your request cannot be processed at this time" Is this a way of minting money by a services who are already deducting service charges the moment we recharge. Is this not a deception?
No executive comes online on 50505 with recorded luring voices telling us ONLY on how to recharge your number. If any concern is shown by these people then they play blame game passing the blame to each other. It is high time BPL make mends. or the only option left for a dissatisfied customer will be to shift to other mobile services.
