I am a platinum member of bpl mobile and their network and service sucks. The network shows full network apparently the company manages to show more bars (network indicator) on the phone through their towers. Recently they offered a push mail service for which I asked for a demo by calling on 800.


I never got a demo and they activated the service and charged me Rs 200/= for it in my next bill! Switching to airtel as networks much more dated and better. Really pissed of with the way they talk on the customer service number (800) . They are so damn adament and just dont listen that I had not asked for service activation. Sad attitude in todays time when its a consumers market. Service industry cannot afford to be blunt on the consumer by not listening to their point and trying to prove that the consumer is wrong
