A Very Difficult experience. Review on Logix Microsystems

Till about a month ago - I was an operational manager for a division of this company.

I spent about 9 months employed as the operations head for a division of this company. It was a very difficult time for me to be a manager for this company.

Let me give you an example - one day I was called to my boss's cabin and asked to fire a member from my team - he said - "fire someone". I was confused - "whom should I fire? and why?" he said " fire someone to make an example".

Can you believe it? In this day and age?

After that incident - I was often asked to fire someone or the other, till I could not take it any longer. I left the company without any notice period, without any regard for my own future - but at least  in leaving I felt good. At least I will not have to fire people for no reason, at least I will not destroy someone's life and career. I chose to destroy my own career by leaving this company without any notice - after 15 years of work experience I left this place without a relieving letter.

I choose to leave because I personally feel that I can no longer work for this company and the principles it believes in. I believe that I cannot work for a company which has no regard for it's employees.
