I was using using hero honda splendor in chennai.immediately after I came to bhubaneswar, that was stolen and I was forced to looke for an alternative in a so called city called bhubaneswar.i enquired about all the scooters available in the market. my focus was basically on economy(price,mileage,maintenance,convenience for a family, driving related displeasures or the lack of them etc.,)
having driven splendor, I was hesitant to gp for a scooter.i always had the apprehension that a scooter is never balanced.
having driven it for more than 4 months these are my observations:
fuel efficiency is consistant at 55 kmpl.
perfect balance.
sleek and compact.
powerful head and tail lamps.
easy maneuovarability.
good breaking.
some draw backs:
not as rugged as bajaj series.
is very good for city roads only.
backside utility box is not suited for any
hard articles. can keep some papers and
similar soft things.
