Bought a Llyod 1 ton spilt Air Conditioner two months ago. It starting leaking from the indoor unit from day 1. I complained regarding the same at their call centre, but in spite of technicians repeatedly attending the same it is yet to be rectified. They says some parts need to be replaced but the same not done even after two months. Technicians are poorly trained and product seems inferior. By selling it at a reduced price they have compromised the quality aspect.
I will not recommend it to anyone. Go for better brands.
