I Raghavendran from chennai booked my complete home interior job with liv space on 28th & paid adv of 65k against 6.22 lac was agreed project cost. Project Id no 746819


Ms Bhagya Lakshmi was my interior architect.. we requested her to visit our site for better learning & understanding..she consider our request & maintained her appointment time..we were very happy. As per her commitment she said by 5th May she can share electrical & 2 D drawing.. unfortunately some one in her family got affected by corona she requested will take 2 days extra we also oblidged her request on humanitarian grounds


Today Is 12th day no communication from liv space.. after paying adv they created a what's app group - for understanding the project process to share & discuss.. ( only activity happened) as a customer I only used to post message in group -Ms Bhagya used to send delayed response


Today (ie) 9th May I hv sent communication thru what's saying kindly respond / share about the current progress of project . What's app attached for your ref.


I got a call from Mr. Aravind chennai branchdesignated as a branch manager.


Intially our communication was smooth & positive..later stages I asked him you have committed to share drawing by 5th May - what happened to your commitment..


He got short temper & started raising his voice & absued me. He said team of 6 people got affected by corona & some of his team members are in ICU, & you don't know the seriousness of corona.


Actually I was admitted in hospital for 12 days for corona.


Politely I asked him you should have sent msg in our group saying I would take some more time.


During Our communication he said I will refund your full adv of 65K with in a day or two I also oblidged. Attached our what's communication


With in few min he texted in our group requested for bank details..within no time I hv sent.


He also committed to pass the msg to finance team & arrange the refund at the earliest.


At 4.22 pm he called and said from the date of booking order cancellation can be made with in 7 days hence you are not eligible..


Pl understand no agreement signed between liv space & customer- nothing briefed well in advance about cancellation policy not briefed their policy & procedure. Today they claim to deduct my adv money.


If any 1 can help / suggest how to proceed further to get my money back from this organisation I will be thankful& greatful.
