Hello friends, I am Shivam and today I going to share my personal review experience with lightinthebox site. I have used it by order of product 4-8 days delivery is a fraud. As so many others have posted. I bought from this merchant but never received my items. About to file dispute with union debit card. Could only contact them via email and response is always late almost 48hours. The picture you see on phone and the product you ordered is not the same it is, I will not buy to this site again and doesn't recommended to others to visit this site and shop.
Customer services bad ever need to not help anymore.
Product quality is totally wrost and fake as they uploaded picture on sites.
Delivery timeless is very bad. Basics time 6-10 days and they do not delivered it decided time.
App is poor compare to website because it is take more time to load the single feature.
Reliability is good but not best as they design the app. They are only attracting people to shop their site.
