At the moment of attending "legitimate adult status", LIC spontaneously sent me the following messages. These(screenshots of the SMSs attached below) were the first written greetings from none other than the great LICI! Now, LICI has not paid my dues(survival benefits) till date as promised in the bond(Cf. Clause 2 of the Policy Bond, the photo of which is attached below)!
LICI did a great and ridiculous mistake. The commencement date of the policy(414980575) is seventeen days before my birth. I condemn this(mal) practice of ascribing backdate or retroactive date in a legal document. Kindly note that it is an usual practice in the LICI.
I expected my dues along with these greetings as my birthday gift from "the great" LICI! My parents rightly said in a document sent to the LICI personnel that LICI is a Great Pretender!
29th March was over. I have not got the benefits.
