I have experienced worst and worst service from the lic e term central team and lic e term bangalore do 2 team they are irresponsible to clear the query made by the customer and they are not ready provide me the escalation matrix to complain 2 months back in have purchased lic e term through online and thereafter almost one month not single reply from them for more than 20 mails and I called to concern person he was also giving vage answers. And after that I withdraw my proposal but till now they are not refund my premium amount of Rs 6400 if I called also they are not responding properly
