Overall it is good and LIC Housing finance have not deducted additional charge for the home loan so I opt it. Interest rate is very less at LIC for the home loan. For first three years the interest rate is fixed and later it would be floating. On the committed time I got the loan amount.
The benefit of lic housing finance is that we can do the part payment. Interest rate fixed of 10 years of 10.25% in case the interest rate is reduce in the rbi so it will also reduce in lic. They took only three days to disburse the loan after submitting the documents. .
