Sad experience specially since I really enjoy reading. I had put my account on hold thru a tel. call as I would not be able to access LW for a short duration and askd for bks to be collected from resi. No advice was given to me from staff abt procedure. I renewed plan recently- got charged for late return of bks without being informed called up to discuss that I was not informed that I need to go online and return bks.


Rules state that if fplan is not renewed on time then automatically bks will get picked up - so why were bks not picked up. I asked to speak to Hiten Turakhia-CEO, was told that he does not take tel calls. Staff are rude. I hv no prob in paying, but why shud I when I am not at fault and was not given the correct directions inspite of me calling up twice. Now they are holding part money towards renewal of plan and want me to pay more so that books can be delivered. I sent a feedback thru the website- no response!!


This says a lot abt their service sadly! this experience through a book delivery service has put me off completely.
