Will not return your deposit amount. Review on Librarywala

I have been using the service of librarywala for almost 6 months. Initially, I didn't find much problems with their service. They delivered books (sometimes it took some extra days) in my office. But the real problem started after I decided to terminate their service. I had to make numerous calls to their office in Bangalore to get back my deposit amount. They will speak nicely to you and apologize for everything but won't give back your money. They always come up with some excuses, ranging from manager's absence to courier department's failure. It has been more than 5 months and I still have not received my money. I stopped calling them because of the fear that the telephone bill might become more than the deposit amount.

So if you do not care about the deposit, you can become a member. Otherwise, forget librarywala. Always remember - whatever money they take from you, in whatever name, itz not going to come back.
