Library wala is a big cheat. They did not delivered the books that was ordered. When countered they said there was problem with courier service in Pune. They did not refunded the monthly subscription . I am following up with them on security deposit but never refunded it . I am calling them for months now. Do not waste your money on them. I think there main business is to collect money from new customers and then dump them. Everytime I call, they apologise and promise to fix it - but same story. Everytime a new person picks up phone. Now there email id is also bouncing
