I have bought AC from LG. The delivery was quick but there is no update on installation. Also their customer care number is pain to call as it never gets connected because of long ques.
Also they dont have enough manpower to support fast installation . Thus be careful on purchasing the LG products as initially they are hanging up on calls what would happen later.
Also the installation request registered earlier was denied by one customer care executive which was later confirmed by the other executive. Post that on asking the reason for the same they hung up on the call.
