I bought this handset for my wife on an existing reliance number which she has for the past 3 years.
I liked the features explained by the webworld executives regarding the nice camera, cool jukebox, beautiful ringtones etc.
To our dismay.... after we opened the handset we found the Jukebox totally useless.
Reason.... They had mentioned that we could download songs and ringtones from RWorld. We checked out RWorld and none of the applications we had on our old handset were visible. So we called up customer care and they told us that this particular model DOES NOT support many features of RWORLD.
Then why the hell do they call this an upgrade?? If the old features are not accessible how can the new features be added?
So we had to go all the way out and purchase an SD Card and a Memory card reader for downloading songs and ringtones from the internet.
I just purchased that too today.
So how much does the handset which only looks good and has a nice camera cost me around 12,000 uptill now and believe me I havent yet heard one song or one ringtone of my choice till now.
It is a total waste of money. If this is all that I wanted would'nt I have been better off buying a digital camera of a good company. I would still have saved a lot of money then.
REALLY repent upgrading to a better handset and wanted to warn other buyers about it so that they too do not make the same mistake that I did.
