First of all there is no physical user manual. If you open the CD you get chinese language first. Then when you connect the monitor it displays an error, "d-sub out of range". This can be fixed by installing video drivers. But there has never been a case when a monitor could not be recognized by a windows Installation. Albeit I am using Windows 8 Developers preview. Anyway the monitor is only slightly larger than a 15 inch and the extra money for 20" is not worth it. Anyway the trend of product is becoming more flimsy and cheap and finally I just hope these delicate looking things actually last it's desired term. My advice for monitor buyers is to go with a cheap(Rs.3500) 15" or get a 22+" TV LCD and use it for dual use.
