We have a DVD player of Lg- HT502SH. Its a home theater. The prduct is great. Its more then a year its working fantastic. But after sales service is too pathetic. We had a nominal problem for which Lg service person came checked and suggested to install a wire.
Now even when we did not install wire they are charging Rs330 as service charge without providing any service. They are not ready to give bill! They dont inform during complaint that they will charge even if nothing is done! Moreover the complain was attended after a month and after giving them firing.
When I asked the service men for some phone number of a senior then he told there is no senior! he meant that he directs comes from compliant registered at call centre! They treat other as if consumers are fools. I suppose Lg should educated them selves more how to give good and a decent service.
Their service person do not even talk properly. There are other products which give same good quality like Lg but has poor service. But if Lg itself provides such rubbish service why shall we not go for cheaper products with same quality?
I have hell loads of complain for other products of Lg. the list is endless. If one wish to pay more for less and fo harrassing urself then only go for Lg products. Or else u can get better deals.
