Its a horrible product. And LG's after service is very very poor.
Please don't buy any product of LG as they never attend the complaints
I bought AC 2 years back, had lodged my complain to LG people on 28th March 2015 that it stopped working and fan not running.
Till date no one has even reverted and their call center just keep saying that service center will call back within 24 hours.
Horrible service and horrible product.
