I have purchased LG 1.5 TON, SPLIT AC on April 2015 with compressor warranty for 5 years. But I got my compressor damaged in March 2020. Due to Lockdown I couldn't register my complain, so I called LG service at Jeypore, Koraput to solve my issue but till date my compressor is neither replaced nor rectified. Also, I registered my complain vide Ticket no-CCN-20200527252547 online but till date I have not got my issues resolved. It feels humiliating in the summers for products like Branding LG to provide such type of worthless service. Only trying to make me pay for something which I deserve to get free as per company warranty. So, it will be a request not to purchase this brand. It provides worst service. If I didn't get what I deserve, I will surely take serious measures to have my issues solved legally.
