The mastercard coupon for 5 percent off is advertised on the front page of your website https://letsbuy.com/mastercard clearly stating that the coupon is valid till 31-Dec-2011. I wanted to purchase an item worth 12700/- Rs and hence SMSed for the coupon code several times but never received the same.
On calling your customer care I get a response that due to some techincal difficulty the page https://letsbuy.com/mastercard is not updated. There is no coupon at present. This is clearly a fraudulent tactic to attract customers to your portal promising them discounts and making a fool out of them.
