My sincere request to the mouthshut readers is not to buy any thing from letsbuy by paying in advance. they don't have any tracking info and they dont ship it ontime. Except price nothing else is good here. After order service is pathetic. If you really want to buy something, then always choose cash on delivery.
I have already burnt my hands by paying money in advance almost two months back, but the items are still not shipped, called customer care multiple times and they said they will ship. Finally one item came out of two ordered and now they are claiming that they have shipped both though the DTDC tracking clearly shows only one pack is delivered.
