I had ordered a massager order no. LSB-1038197 on 7th May 2012 by paying Rs. 4200 by credit card. When I called on 12th May I got reply that I will receive it on 16th May. When I called on 16th May I was told there was delay and to give them another two days to find out about delay.I dont know when I will receive the massager. I feel this company is run by people, whose dictionary does not have words Integrity, Commitment.
