*Bought a laptop battery after my laptop battery was giving no backup. After 10 days I neither received the battery nor any communication from their side and then after my mail they replied*

*Again after for next 7 days there is no communication nor the battery arrived *


*Quoting the previous mail I mailed them to give the current status and they created another reference number and said order will be dispatched at high priority without mentioning reason for delay or status of previous complain*
