Guys, Never buy from Letsbuy.com. I ordered a Bluetooth Headset from Letsbuy.com at a very lucrative price(Plantronics Voyager Pro HD @ Rs. 3800/-; order no. LSB-1057629; should have been delivered in 2-4 days) 8 days ago. There was no change in the order status since the date of order. I kept sending them repeated e-mails, just to receive some shitting pacifiers.
Finally I decided to call the customtakeouter Care:
You know what they said?
The product is currently out-of-stock, hence we will have to cancel your order.
This is ridiculous, if they couldn't make it, they should have at-least called me long ago to report the cancellation instead of waiting for me to call them.
On top of that the customtakeouter care executive was so rude & dis-concerned. It was sounding as though she was doing me a favor by telling me that my order will have to been canceled.
Such irresponsible companies who treat customtakeouters for granted need to be taken to task.
I hope at-least my money would be refunded on time but I seriously doubt that. Feel like I got into a trap.
Let's say no to Letsbuy.com!
