I have purchased quite many items from letsbuy.com & till now I didnt have nay major issues.their prices r very competitive.there r good coupons available which reduces the price even more.they allow payment by almost all modes.i only have 1 sbi mastero debit card n they accept payment through it which very few other sites accept.the item is well described.n once I pay, i immediately get confirmation sms.also they gave me shipping details for all my orders.most of my orders have reached on time.the packing is excellent and I got the thing with all accessories as promised.shipping by bluedart is good.
i had ordered 2 items during rakhi.that reached me after 4 days but I didnt mind dat cuz its rakhi time n they must be getting thousands of orders per day.only this minor issue I faced.
i have purchases few pen drives n 1 digi cam.not any big purchase I have made.so I cant comment abt their services related to such things.
