I pre -ordered FIFA 12 game of PS3 seven days ago but still the item status is showing ready to ship. I have already paid for the item. I have called customer care many time and every time they say it will be delivered soon. I have also written them mail but they don't respond to mails. This is the first time I have order something from this site and the experience is very bad dont buy from this site.
