I have ordered a Sony Bravia LED TV on 20th Oct 2011. Order No. LSB-512964.

Since day 1 the site is showing "Status update awaited from the delivery service".

Already it is 3rd day, has not been shipped till date. After sending several e-mails on customtakeoutercare@letsbuy.com they did not care to revert back to my emails. Whenever I call on their customtakeouter support number 0124 4901234 and 011 40808888 no pickup the call. I hoped to get this TV before Diwali.

I will not recommend anyone to use letsbuy or neither I will use letsbuy.com again for any online shopping.

I will keep you updated.
