I purchased 2 nos. of spects from Lenskart in September 2023, location of purchase is lenskart at Viviana Mall Thane.
I have selected frame size 142mm Extra Wide. But Lenkart cheated with me and gave me one of 140mm and the other one which I had selected was 142mm. Due to wrong frame size, I get a lot of pain near my ear and I am not able to wear it continously.
After a few days, I went to the Viviana Mall from where I had purchased the frame and complained to them that they had given me the wrong size. But they made some modifications to the frame and returned it to me.
When I selected the product, it is Lenskart's job, they should give me the same product. If lenkart not providing me my selected sized of product, then I will have a problem of lenskart only, due to which I am so upset.
I recently went to their Lenskart store in Vashi. When I came to know that all this cheating. Then I contacted Lenskart. But they are not listening to me, no one is ready to listen to me, so this is cheating or not.
Why not you guy's given me 142 mm extra wide which I have selected.
