One time I had a orderd of two lances and two frames for my eyecare from lenskart.com
Thats I have recived so thats item is cracked to recived me if I want to change these all item so lanskart customer service is told me it is not under policy.
And they take also delivery time is to long .
Customer service is also very bad because there is not give you any solution for replacement and refund.
Website is very bad you can not undaerstand what can you do in this website.
This site is not reliable and nad trusted.
So I want to suggest you please dont buy anything from the lenskart.com
Product quality is also very bad.
