I had bad experience buying a sunglass from lenscart. At first they did not deliver the consignment on time by telling, that delay of because of year end (I don’t understand why it will so). And finally when it arrived, it was 15 days from the order date and I was not able to collect the same as I was out of station. After coming back when I got it and opened the box, the one side glass was having a light but long scratch which was visible from front side. After contacting to the Customer Care twice , it was told that this can’t be replaced as 14 days return policy is over. Both the time I was assured that I will be called back with a exception case but no one has called so far.
If 14 days return policy is there then there would be some policy for delivery also? My whole purpose for buying was defeated as I bought that only for going to vacations and so had to buy another one while going out, and even after returning I found a substandard product which can’t be replaced because of 14 days policy?
Update: they have sent another product to me in good condition. thanks mouthshut and lenscart team
