*Ideapad Lenovo S210Touch, S.No. UB02002875**I have purchased the "Ideapad Lenovo S210Touch S.No. UB02002875", in Reliance Digitals at Nagole, Hyderabad on 13th September 2014 at 19.09.19hrs, Customer name: A.Mallikarjun.
Observed that, some flickering issue with the piece, means mouse pointer is going to topleft corner of the screen while working, hence not able to work with the new Idea pad, and on the next day we have been to Reliance Digitals showroom, and shown the problem to the technician name kamesh Vijay, on 16th September 2014, and he verified the laptop(Ideapad) and said that "ok, I will see the problem its only 4th day of purchase we will replace the piece also", and he did something and he shown the screen to us, "that there is no issue, if problem persists again, come to me I'll send a mail to the Lenovo team" so we came back to our home helplessly.
Again on 20th September 2014, we have been to Reliance Digital with the laptop (Ideapad) with same issue at 8:30pm, and we shown the problem to the technical person, and he recorded the issue using mobile, and the technician told that "Sent a mail to the Lenovo team regarding the issue, they will contact you directly", we said him that we don't want this piece please take it with you, and use it for 2 to 3 days you will be able to understand the problem clearly, and he refused to take the piece, and said it is before 15days I send mail again to Lenovo team, and again we came back, sent a mail to Lenovo team from reliance digitals only, and the person not suggested us to go to service center, that's why we are not contacted service center.
So, we believed him, days are going, facing the same issue, not using the new laptop(Ideapad), headed with lots of office work, not having time to contact the store, discussing on mobile regarding the issue, with reliance technical people and Lenovo team, on one fine day, suddenly, got a mail from noreply@lenovo.com on 20th October 2014, regarding the issue SO: 7006384410, the part(s) have been delivered to the service centre, nacharam, Hyderabad, and I visited the service center at nacharam Hyderabad, on 24th October, 2014, there the technical person explained the problem, that "even though the part get replaced and the problem might not be solved", then after hearing him, we said, "no, we don't need any part replacement, we need the full machine replacement", and there he given a onsite service report S.NO. 7006384410, Engineer full name: Mallikarjun, Engineer ID # WP1305677.
Again, after so many discussions, Telephonic conversations and email conversations with Lenovo team and Reliance team, on dated 16th November, 2014 Operation Manager from Lenovo team contacted us at nagole, and verified the laptop(Idea pad), and connected the laptop to LCD TV with the help of HDMI cable and also the flickering issue remained same, then he rebooted the system, checked in bios mode also but the problem remains same, curers jumping, flickering issue mouse pointer going to topleft corner of the screen, and he updated the bios also same problem is remained he gave one on site service report, S.O.No 7006384410, Engineer full name: Kayyumpasha, Engineer's Lenovo ID# WP1305780, there in the report he wrote that "Touchpad cursor Automatically jumping LCD, its a mother board issue..",
So the problem remained same, we were not able to work on the laptop (Idea pad), again we have been to Reliance digitals and reported the issue we are totally, blindly believing **reliance and Lenovo, ** but they couldn't help us. and they are playing cheap tricks on customers from day 1 after purchasing the machine (laptop) is not working properly, so many issues with the laptop like LCD screen flickering issue, mouse pointer jumping, mother board issue and touch pad not working properly.
