Never go on what promises are made for warranty. Review on Lava A89

Dear readers its my personal request that never go on the claims the companies made .they all are fake and trade tricks and all the advertisement and features shown in advertisement never match the actual feature and quality .they all are just to lure customer and attract them to buy more and more I was aware about all most all of this tact of theirs but this time some thing more worse happen and this was regarding warranty part . fortnightly I bought this lava mobile from merrut begum pul shop and after a week one day what happen I kept my phone on double bed and start working on my computer after an hour when I get up to make a call to someone and pick the phone I was shock to and it just drop it from hand and put it on bed it was so heated up as it was burning and I was shocked to see its screen was broken so after that I simply switch it off and next day took it to shopkeeper that its screen get broken itself and as its in warranty period it should be changed but he simply deny and simply refuses to replace screen and send it to service station as screen can not get broken it self and its mishandling and he will not accept it to be send under warranty and after many request also we were send back with broken screen and I didnt get it from service station because I asked them let us assume if screen get broken again then will it be replaced then again he says it can not get broken itself so even again they will not be responsible so I decide to get it change outside . I request company to take immediate action for this and satisfy the customers and request all readers to be very careful while buying and do not believe in what is said .
