Regional Marathi flicks are getting better and better. A new genre of film actors having amazing potential and an equally strong concept of communism in India coupled with Action and Drama of masala flicks make this movie mind-blowing.
Lot of research work goes into the movie. It’s interesting to see how people live in chawl, how workers think and live and what is the mentality of Industrialists. The concept of the movie deals with a very strong matter. It can be said that the movie did fair amount of justice to it. Man is not the creator of circumstances but the circumstances are the creator of man. With growing unemployment and helplessness how the society metamorphoses into a demon, how the evil is bread through utter poverty and vested interests of the privileged is depicted well in the movie.
Needless to say the cast of the movie is very rich. They get into the skin of characters. All characters are well crafted and can be said to hold equal amount of substance. This movie is something which each one of us can relate to after facing recession a year back. The rude fact remains that the fate of the workers remains the same, be it ordinary Mill workers or white collared ‘IT workers’ .The level of exploitation, the helplessness and many more.
