I bought this make up remover since it was cheap and claims that removes waterproof makeup too. But I guess it takes lot of effort to remove eye makeup especially your gel liners or waterproof mascara. If your looking for waterproof makeup remover then its not the best one. If you are a makeup beginner then you can try this option. You need to shake well before you could use it. Its an oil and water based make up remover
