Ease of Use:

Sensitivity:

I'm a novice with cosmetics, but my first lipstick was a Lakme lip color.I bought a light brown shade (can't remember the exact name) and my first impression was that it was surely not the best buy in the range. I used the stick for dance performances and stage shows basically and it seemed pretty good. The vitamin E in the Lakme stick prevented flaky lips and retained moisture for several hours. Other than moisturising my lips and colouring them, I can say the lipstick didn't do any damage to them and I am quite satisfied with the product. Although I have no issues with the brand, I also got an Elle 18 Dew Lip stick which is only better! If there was a choice between Lakme and Dew Lips, I recommend the Dew Lips as its lasts longer than Lakme and moisturizes much better. The hitch with Lakme is that it melts to soon even at room temperature ( it is summer in Bangalore right now) and doesnt stay that long either.Overall, I would give it 8/10 but also think that making it the official lipstick of  India Fashion Week must be rethought upon.
