It is very easy to apply this compact. The powder is is fine, smooth and stainy and feels soft enough on the face which glides on easily onto the skin. It neighter gives any white cast nor does it give that chalky feel as it blends really well into the skin. Considering the price that the product is offered at, I would definitely call it fairly nice. It has a pleasing light fragrance which is not at all bothering.
