This was probably the worst experience I ever had at a job.The founder is unprofessional who Lay's off competent employees and always tries to micromanage them.Its so suffocating working under her leadership.She herself has no idea how to run the business instead Lay's off the people thinking it will help her to grow her business.Here you will be terminated without any reason as she forgets to use logic instead she believes what her favourite employees tell her to do.Well,there are other options out there,everybody knows it's a sinking ship which will definitely die out in the coming months or years.
