I purchased tickets from Kyazoonga for U17 world cup for 6th October on 1st Sept, 2017. Though it's been over 1 month I am yet to receive the tickets. Calling the customer service guyz they say that they couriered on 25th Sept, 2017 which I haven't received and the courier guyz have told that noone was available at home which is a complete lie. Upon calling them several times they told that they will send via blue dart courier. When I called them again after 4 hours they were saying that I told them that I would collect from venue. These guyz are so shameless that they told me that they can refund the courier charges but not the ticket prices. Close this company and don't give lame excuses.
