Bought two premium kurl on mattresses 4 years back.
The mattresses started sagging and are now so ununiform that its difficult to sleep on it.HORRIBLE QUALITY
I had registered a complaint, uploaded the relevant photos, invoice and videos.
They dont respond at all, still kept pursuing it.
I had asked for demo of how the video shd be made several times, was promised will be emailed which was not so finally after verbal instructions made a video and sent
They expectedly rejected it and THEN SENT A SAMPLE VIDEO.I UNDERSTOOD THEY ARE JUST DOING TIME PASS, till your patience wears off and you give up.
I had always requested a physical visit which they dont do
SO DONT BUY KURL ON MATTRESSES BIG WASTE OF MONEY
