It is a long drive to this place from Manali. As the road is bad it took us
almost 2 hours. You will cross Kasol which is a favorite hangout for youngsters and tent camps in summer. Once you reach Manikaran, you can see the smoke from the hot springs. The water is quite hot, you can feel that in adjacent bath and pool area. There is a temple and gurdwara side by side. This is indeed a nice place and good views of the Parvati valley and Malana on the route.
