Kulin Kumar Holidays claims to be a top-notch tour provider but disappoints in reality. They outsourced the entire tour, resulting in poor coordination. There was no pre-tour gathering to meet fellow travelers. The tour manager was inexperienced and disorganized, planning the bus journey based on personal business rather than group needs.
The bus had comfortable seats but lacked USB and WiFi. Sightseeing was hit or miss, with some good sites but many wasted ones. Hotels were decent but located far from the city, making it hard to find dinner options or enjoy nightlife. The food fell short, with limited choices and last-minute restaurant selections, even receiving leftovers for dinner. The Maharaj couldn't cook due to poor arrangements.
