This is the best place to visit if someone is planing a trip to Malaysia. The drive to Genting is 45 mins from there.

Once we reached there we took cable cars (a 20 min

drive up the highland) a spectacular view from during the ride..lush green mountains and well maintained and designed.

At Genting we headed for lunch first, an awesome resturant

and the most amazing food I had eaten out since the day we visited malaysia.

We checked in hotel Theme park, and once we checked in, we

had day’s pass for outdoor rides so we freaked out at

all the rides there were, the shock air, dinosaur

show, roller coaster, splash water, everything

exciting on there. The rides get over by 6, so we

moved around the hotel area around the shops till

around 7:15 PM and than moved back to hotel and headed

back for dinner at the same place. After dinner we had

to head for Magic Show by Gianni Matiolo (we paid

around 15 USD per person for this show). This show was

worth every penny paid for it. It started with foot

stumpers ''Un-Dos-Tres-Ole-Ole-Ole'', ''I am attracted to

you'' and professional dancers performing them. The

illusionist entered from the cage that was empty

initially. He started with converting a bird from a

ribbon, cutting a lady into 2 halves and than rotating

the head separately, converting a women to a tiger.

The exciting one was when he said he would fall in

love with a lady with his mind, body and soul and they

would be united and than than he would tear apart his

mind, body and soul and he did that. The last one was

getting tied up with chains in a box whose sides

where sharp nails and they would close down in 1 mins

time, if he didn’t vanish he wud be pierced. He

escaped ofcourse. The best treat was Yugoslavian

artists who performed on stretchable elastic

bands/piece of clothes hung from ceiling. They were

unbelievable.

I took a picture while petting the tiger (paid 12RM

for it) ..i knew I would never be able to do it this close again :)

After this we headed to casino, it was too filled with

smoke and my head started to spin, we spent around 1

hour there and than left for the day. The place apart from having so many activities is full of fun things to do. The temperature is generally in range and outside the walk is a walk in the clouds with drizzle pouring over every now and than and a berath taking view across the mountains. A must go place anytime.
