The bus services are advertised as Super-Deluxe/Executive. The name is misleading. The buses are unlike VOLVO, very hard springs, Non AC, Windows don't operate, dirty & uncomfortable. It is meant only for economy travel.It has numerous stops & is very noisy.
The pricing is 20-25% lower than the volvo services of KSRTC. If one is not too sensitive of cost, it is best advised to travel by Airavat or other Volvo services
The KSRTC.in site is quite functional & helpful.
