I had a very disappointing experience traveling with KSRTC. We had booked lower sleeper berths 7 and 8, but unfortunately, both beds were completely wet and unusable due to water seeping in from the sides. The crew shifted us to upper berths 24 and 25, only to find the situation even worsewater was leaking directly from the roof and also seeping in through the window sides.
The crew seemed helpless and unable to provide any real solution beyond changing our seats. For a ticket costing over ₹;1, 000, this level of service is unacceptable. It was extremely uncomfortable and frustrating to travel on soggy, wet beds throughout the journey. I hope KSRTC takes immediate steps to improve bus maintenance and ensure passengers dont have to go through such experiences.
