I had order for Cono Weeder for weeding in paddy crop. The order was placed on 16th July 2021. The portal says it will be updated in 24 - 48 hours. i.e. 2 days max. Till 5 days it was not updated. Till today i.e. 10 days it is not updated.
I had called on the 5th day to enquire. I was informed that it has been despatched and the portal will be updated soon.
Today when I called I am told that the package was given to India post and they have returned the package as address was not found. I am living in proper Mumbai how is this possible? So when I asked for proof that it was despatched they are unable to give. It is now 10 days and still no reply from anyone. When I asked for the boss's address the reply is they dont have. My money is stuck with KRISHIKENDRA and no way of getting back.
Today I have called 18 times. Either no one picks up. If someone picks up puts me on hold for 6 mins, 8 mins and then it gets disconnected.
Very very very poor service
No one should ever buy from Krishikendra.
