My sister travelled from Chennai to Bangalore. We bought a ticket from Kpn travels online paying A/C fare. We went to the bus stand and were waiting for the KPN bus. After it was time for the bus to depart, we checked with the kpn counter to be told that it is not kpn and we need to go to a different place for RR Travels, even though we had bough it from KPN. When we went there, the bus that was supposed to start at 10:15 left at 11:00 pm. It was supposed to be A/C as we had paid for AC fare. The A/C was switched off, 10 km into the journey. Avoid KPN, if you can.
