I recently went to Channai from Bangalore, before this I have lived in most places of India and I know many languages and I am Tamilian myself.
Very rude staff, they are behaving as if they are giving you a free ride.
Some employees are starring at women and girls.
If you talk in English they understand it and reply back in Tamil.
If you inquire in Kannadam they will reply back in Tamil.
They are so rude that they don't even see your face while talking.
They talk loudly, from office they will make you walk 1/2 km to the bus, the bus can actually come to the office, they make old people walk in dark to their godown, no lights and people are pee-ing on the road.
Worst quality buses, cock-roaches, and even lizard, they are saying the bus was not used for long time.
The cost is higher and treatment is very rude.
For Chennai travelers I say either train or KSRTC they are very decent and good. Never go for KPN travels. Most K'taka private buses are good and they behave well.
