I have used multiple trading apps over a period of 7 years and my experience with the neo app and the kotak securities support has been horryfying. On a fine day the neo app did not show my options positions for a good 30 minutes causing heavy losses in my portfolio. When they realized the mistake they offered to cover partial losses while brokers like zerodha have fully compensated clients. In all does not have the capability to handle bulk orders and the application is still in pilot testing hence the free brokerage offer. Neo app has a long history of stinging retail customers mostly option traders. Not sure if the broker is doing it intentionally from time to time to secure their own postions in options.
