I have account in Kotak Securities account and their brokerage/DP charges are too high compared to any other securities account. Did any one notice the same?.
Apart from the brokerages, the DP charges are too high for the Sell transctions.
For ex, If you have done 100 Sell transctions on the trading day, the minimum charges Kotak deducts from your account is Rs. 2200(Rs .22* 100) apart from the 0.04% of the brokerages.
check their FAQ on Kotak securities.
None other securities are charging DP charges as much Kotak is charged for sell transctions.
Be aware of these so called Corporate executies, when they explained about the product.
Ask for the charges and written statement before going with Kotak Securities. The customer care is Dumb and never escalte the issue.
DP charges will be deducted on monthly basis and will not be informed through mails or any communication. I didnt realize from last one year untill I did lot of transctions on last month.
My Suggestion, Stay away from Kotak securities .
