I opened my kotak securities trading account in 2004. Over the last year their site downtimes are increasing. What is worse is that during times of volatility.
When you need to trade, at that time only the site will go down. Their customer service is just a bunch of liars has now stopped acknowledging and apologizing for downtime and are totally brazen about it. I wonder whether such a problem exists with other trading sites.
With every successive month downtime is increasing as they are probably adding so many clients, that the site cant handle the growing load of users
